Order Minimum

    MOQ is 1unit, including the standard type or customized type. Please confirm the detail requirements, like CPU, RAM, Storage, I/O Ports, Size, Resolution and others with us. Any order must have PO or PI file (via Email only), other things please contact our foreign trade manager:

Customer Information

    When placing your order, please verify that the billing and shipping addresses are current and accurate and notify us immediately with any changes. Please list all valid phone number/s, fax number (if applicable) and email address when submitting your order.

Bank Transfers

    Cloud accepts wire transfers for international customers. Please send us payment bank invoice when you have transferred the funds so our shipping department can look for the transfer to be finalized in our bank account. Cloud will not ship any product until we have confirmed that the appropriate funds have been received by our bank. 

Customization Request

    If our standard product doesn’t exactly fit for your purpose/requirements, please feel free to ask for customization.

1.      Send us your customization request by email.

2.      We get back to you with a fixed cost.

3.      You approve it.

4.      We do the customization for you.

Shipping

    We ship most orders within 2 or 5 business days if the product is in stock.  We typically have 1 to 10 of each of the standard products in stock at all times. When a product is not in stock, the shipping time is typically 7-16 business days. Customization project needs be confirmed the developed timeline firstly, generally shipping time is 30-60 business days.

Shipping ways

    You will be able to choose your shipping method, or we arrange it via DHL/UPS/FedEx or other ways. Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information.

Return Policy

    We accept returns, but only if the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. So be sure you’re ordering the right product. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us.

Security Information

    We endeavor to provide you with full protection surrounding any personal information such as your company name, contact person name and contact information, including your mailing address, contact telephone number/s, and other pertinent identifying information you may provide to us in order to serve your needs. Your project information especially customization item will be protected strictly. NDA (Non-disclosure agreement) will be signed if it’s necessary.
